For 21 days you will practice a daily habit of Art Meditation.

You will learn a 3-step practice to relax, become aware, and make decisions from your gut feeling

Relax - Simple habits like talking a walk and be present. The course also includes a guided meditation.

Create - You will learn expressive painting techniques to help you let go of judgment and control.

Reflection - Learn flow writing and how it can help you understand your paintings.

Who is this course for?

Everyone that would like to increase mindfulness and focus.

Release stress and align with their intuition. 

Become aware of what you really want, and break artistic blocks.

20 - 30 minutes a day for 21 days 

You will get an email every week with themes for 7 days. 

A creative coach is available to answer questions about exercises, materials, and meditations.

Do you need to be good at drawing or meditation?

All skill levels will enjoy this course the focus is on self-discovery. This means that you can enjoy this course if you can draw a stick man or if you are an artist. It is completely fine to join as

a complete beginner in meditation. If you are already meditating you can continue your own practice and just add meditation and reflection.

 

This course is open every day

This course is delivered straight to your mailbox, you can paint anywhere in the world.

The class will have a forum for interaction, for those that love sharing. Totally optional.

Feedback

As a student with Zenart, you will be invited to our private FB page, and you can share your painted stories with fellow students. This is of course optional.

Materials

You will use your own favorite materials. If you are a beginner I suggest starting with a small acrylic starter pack, 2 brushes, a pen, a notebook, and a watercolor pad.
