Colorful exercises to do at home

We are all experiencing change and many of us are staying at home alone or with our loved ones.

I have decided to release a free chapter from the new book Create to Flow.

Creative meditation can help to release some of the tension, but it can also be a great way

to do something together with paper and color. The exercises are for all ages, and don\t

require that you know anything about meditation och painting.

One more tip that I have for the creative people that loves to draw from photographs

or real life. Remember drawing upside down. To me this is a great way to change how

we look at things, like it feels that the world is doing right now.
