Is creative meditation a fit for me?

Which course should I pick?

If you want to get out of an artistic blockage, I suggest starting with the creative spa.

If you want to relax and destress with art, I suggest the forest painting or the art meditation course.

If you haven't painted for years, try the creative spa or the forest painting.

For anyone that has been through a major life change, I suggest 21-days of art meditation.

Looking to improve focus and performance, pick Create to Flow.

I will guide you through the exercises; you can always ask me if you get stuck.

You don't need to be good at drawing or painting to do any of these classes/workshops.

You always have the choice to use your creative free will.

Big drastic changes won't happen in your life because you take the art meditation course; when you notice patterns you don't enjoy having in your life, you change them as you see fit.

You are your guide/guru and coach.

What will change is your focused window to listen in to yourself as you would sit down and listen to your best friend.
